    Joy, your comments are well taken. We should all strive to know the client’s world as well as our own. Also, client readiness varies by person and tas, and good account leaders will adjust their style to influence the client in the right way. 

    Sometimes you don’t know what clients are thinking because they don’t want to confront you and the relationship. Then a different, more objective method of capturing feedback is needed.
