Graffiti have added more punch to their existing airport offering by landing the exclusive rights to brand all the security trays used by passengers at security checkpoints at all the main airports around the country. First to take-off with the new medium is Bidvest Bank, branding over 600 trays at domestic and international terminals around the country. The Bank will brand the PVC security containers for a 12-month period.
“One of Bidvest Bank’s key offerings is foreign exchange products and services so targeting travellers is obviously important to us. What also appeals to us about a medium such as the airport trays, however, is the massive reach – there is a broad spectrum of people travelling through airports so it is an excellent platform to inform and educate about our product and service offerings. People are starting to become aware as to what Bidvest Bank is about and this campaign draws attention to the fact that we have a diverse range of products,” says Bidvest Bank MD, Alan Salomon.
As part of the new media offering, Graffiti has branded the PVC airport security trays with vinyl which is topped with a laminate to protect the branding from damage. Bidvest Bank’s branded airport trays form part of a larger national advertising and communications campaign which will include sole sponsorship of DStv’s Travel Channel at the beginning of April.
