    Great article, Thabang. I especially loved the part comparing a Gen X shopper with a Gen C shopper – too true. I had an interview today with the exact generational profile you describe and the candidate’s outlook on buyer behaviour and social community building was especially interesting to listen to; even though I consider myself to be a part of Gen C that you describe, the differences in attitude and approach between myself and this candidate (only 6 years younger) was astonishing. As a marketer, generational profiling and marketing to generational mindset is definitely something I’ve become more attuned to. Challenging but exciting times to be online as a business isn’t it?
