On Digital Media’s StarSat satellite pay-TV platform in South Africa has announced the introduction of Fox Movies +2, channel number 136, to its family entertainment and action programmes.
Since the launch of Fox Movies in early June 2014, the channel has proved to be very popular with subscribers, offering movie entertainment for the whole family, from evergreen blockbusters to genuine classics starring real icons.
Fox Movies +2, is a time shift channel that enables subscribers the convenience of catching up on movies they may have missed on the Fox Movies channel. When a movie is broadcast on Fox Movies channel 135, it is available two hours later on Fox Movies +2.
“We’re delighted to launch the Fox movies +2 channel. With Fox Movies we’ve seen a positive growth in our subscriber numbers. Our subscribers have expressed such positive feedback about the channel, and as a result we are now introducing Fox Movies +2, to give subscribers greater opportunities to watch their preferred titles.
