Tractor Outdoor, which specialises in a range of OOH of formats and a portfolio of more than 400 locations across South Africa has joined the MOST Awards’ sponsors’ flock and is putting its name to the OOH category in the awards to be announced at a glamorous event to be held at the Linder Auditorium, Parktown, Johannesburg on 9 September.
The MOST Awards is an independent web-based survey that was commissioned by Wag the Dog Publishers to help media agencies and media owners assess and improve service delivery to their clients and media owner and media agency partners. The survey has six criteria which are ranked in order of importance and used as weighting factors for the rating scores submitted by respondents.
Simon Wall, MD of Tractor Outdoor says his company is delighted to be associated with this year’s biggest ever MOST Awards, and even prouder to be the sponsor of the OOH category.
“Having worked really hard to win the Lamb Media Owner of the Year Award in 2013, we know first hand how important it is to reward successful outliers in our industry. This year looks to be the most competitive year ever and we optimistically look forward to celebrating with the 2015 winners in September”, Wall said.
Tractor Outdoor was founded in 2001 and has achieved remarkable success since then by being one of the first outdoor advertising companies in South Africa to win a silver Obie award for its Emirates Vertical Garden Campaign which was announced at the 70th annual OAAA in Miami in 2012, and has since grown to become one of the largest independent multi-platform media owners in South Africa.
As voting closes on 30 June, it is vitally important that the industry votes now for its industry heroes. The media industry is the beating heart of the advertising industry. Print, digital, broadcast and OOH media is continually pushing the boundaries into new frontiers conceptually and geographically. The voting survey is live and can be accessed by clicking here.
Tickets to the awards ceremony will go on sale from the 1/7/15 on The Media Online.
