I am a text, photo and video journalist who has worked as a hard news, business and human interest feature writer for Agence France-Presse (AFP), Deutsche Presse-Agentur (DPA), The SA Press Assocation (Sapa) and The Sunday Times, among others.

I have innovated a sugar free, low glycaemic index (low GI) ice cream and frozen yoghurt, that is approved or diabetics and suitable for health conscious people. I package, warehouse, distribute, merchandise and market the product in more than 30 stores across South Africa.

I have travelled widely as a journalist and have lived and worked in cities around the world, including Buenos Aires, Prague, London, Cape Town and Johannesburg.
