The Loeries has posed a question to the advertising industry: just how permanent is your love for creativity? If your love is deep enough to have the Loeries’ logo permanently etched on to your body in the form of a tattoo, you will be give ‘rockstar’ status at the upcoming awards weekend.
The logo – a bird perched among a cluster of leaves, designed by Jenny Ehlers from King Kames RSVP – inked on a bodypart will give the wearer access to the “most sough after and exclusive VIP events”.
Now you can have this logo as a tattoo, compliments of the Loeries. And the best part is that you will be given a Rockstar pass for Loeries Creative Week. The stuff of legends, very few have ever donned this coveted Rockstar wristband, which guarantees its wearer access to the most sought-after and exclusive VIP events.
“To be considered worthy of a Rockstar Pass, the Loeries wants something in return. A mark of your allegiance. A symbol of just how much you love South Africa’s biggest and most influential festival of creativity. Something that will almost certainly make you the most famous you.”
To get there, visit the Loeries Expo where Rob Turner Tattoos has a stand. Once you’ve registered and had your tattoo done, you will instantly become a Loeries Rockstar.
A Rockstar Pass gives the wearer exclusive access to all VIP functions, including:
• Egg Films judges wrap on Thursday
• Chairman’s party on Friday
• Design & digital party on Long Street on Saturday
• Loeries VIP Lounge at Julep on Saturday
• VIP access at both awards ceremonies (delegates must already have reserved seating)
