Janine is a Senior Associate in Bowman Gilfillan’s Intellectual Property Department. She obtained her LLB degree from the University of Kwazulu Natal in 2004. She was admitted as attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2007 and is a member of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law. Prior to joining Bowman Gilfillan, Janine worked as an associate in a specialist Intellectual Property firm in South Africa and she has been actively involved in IP related matters since 2005. She specializes in all trade mark related matters pertaining to trade mark prosecution both locally and internationally
