Who gets 10 out of 10? Top talent is scarce and we intend to celebrate 10 outstanding achievers who consistently out-perform their colleagues.
The winner will receive a bursary to study for a diploma in Media Practices to further their education worth R130 000 from Boston Media House.
Voting by our readers and leaders in the industry will take place once the nominees are in.

- Currently employed in media agencies or media owner sales and marketing teams.
What they must be to qualify
- Passionate, innovative, knowledgeable, curious, fearless, pioneering and revered.
