Bruce von Maltitz is currently the MD of 1Stream, a cloud-based contact centre technology provider. He has over 20 years experience in the service industry focusing specifically on contact centres for the last twelve. He has a detailed understanding of how to design, build and operate contact centres having worked in the industry in SA, Africa and abroad. Career highlights include bringing the first hosted contact centre offering to market in South Africa and co founding a technology company with the capacity to effectively service start up call centres with as few as 10 seats, to multinationals. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science Degree, a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Project Management qualification from the University of Cape Town.
