Germari started her career in digital in 2010 after completing a degree in BA Communications (Graphic Design) at the North-West University. Immediately thrown into the practice of User Centered Design as a junior digital designer at Origin Interactive, she left print design behind and never looked back. She played the role of UI and UX designer for 3 years before focussing on UX alone. Having been mentored by some of the best in the UX business, she was a User Experience designer at Hellocomputer for more than a year, where she has designed and defined solutions for retail, automotive, logistical and financial clients alike. Since joining VML in 2015, her project count includes: brochure websites, transactional prototyping, various self-service solutions, retail form applications, and campaign sites, e-Commerce, strategic consultation and ideation, to name a few. All the while she manages a team of UX designers and does her part to contribute the mentorship of new UX'ers.
