Penelope Andrews has been the Dean at the University of Cape Town since January 2016. Prior to joining UCT she was the President and Dean at Albany Law School, USA and the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the City University of New York. Her research and scholarship has focused on equality and human rights.
