Tracey Follows

Tracey Follows is a professional futurist, specialising in brand, communications and media futures. She has worked with Google, Telefonica, with start-ups like Knyttan and Squirrel and with agencies.
She is now the regular FUTURES columnist for Marketing Magazine and monthly columnist at The Guardian's Media and Tech Network.
She is a professional member of the Association of Professional Futurists and The World Future Society.
And is on the WIRED Consulting Faculty, in the Faith Popcorn BrainReserve Talent Bank, and is a global trendspotter for Trendwatching (tw:in).

She founded AnyDayNow, a futures agency (http://www.anydaynow.co) because she could see that foresight - more powerful than insight when put into action - can help brands organise a better future for themselves.

She left University with a First Class degree in Philosophy and a Masters in Technology Strategy, and after 20 years in Marketing (client-side and agency-side) working on brands such as John Lewis, Innocent, O2, easyJet, BT, T-Mobile, J&J, Canon and Nestle, she transitioned to become a professional futurist. She studied Foresight at the University of Houston.
