With just under a month to the MOST awards which take place on the 14 September 2017 at Wanderers Club in Johannesburg, the industry continues to show its support; with TransAfrica Radio coming on board as a sponsor. The 100% African music station will be sponsoring the Media Agency Africa Award and treating guests to African music at the venue’s chill zone and patio.

Busi Ntuli, Managing Director and Co-Founder of TransAfrica Radio says, “The Most Awards event is an ideal platform for TransAfrica Radio particularly to enlighten media agencies and clients who are looking for a digital platform that provides one-stop access to the growing middle class and millennials in South Africa and across the continent.  With our clearly defined target audience, it makes perfect sense for us to sponsor the Awards to demonstrate that we are more than an online radio station; especially with our satellite platforms on DSTV and ETV’s OVHD enabling us to broadcast world-class African programming.”

“The chill zone and patio is where everyone will let their hair down after the Awards and we want to demonstrate the spirit and culture of Africa through good music as well as create an ideal environment for networking.  TransAfrica Radio will broadcast live from the chill zone and this will give media owners and media agencies a sense of who we are, what we sound like and what we stand for,” concludes Ntuli

Sandra Gordon, Founder of the MOST Awards and CEO of Wag the Dog says, “In our 9th year we have unearthed a range of exciting businesses working across the continent and in South Africa and their sponsorship of MOST adds a vibrant dimension to our Awards. TransAfrica Radio and its founders offer a youthful and energetic approach to the media sector.”
