While the MOST Awards are about excellence in the media agency and media owner space, the event is also about high-level networking. It’s not often that owners and agencies are all in the same place at the same time!
We’ve compiled a photo album of the event, and have published some of the notes sent to MOST Awards founder and publisher of The Media Online and The Media, Sandra Gordon.
As MC Jason Goliath sang, it was the “MOST wonderful time of the year”…
Thank you so much for last night’s MOST awards. I know the decision of the winners obviously wasn’t yours, but thank you for hosting the event that gave us the platform to have such an amazing win! Am gutted I wasn’t there, but I have a massive new business meeting this morning at 8am in Cape Town and just couldn’t co-ordinate the two.
Hope to catch up soon and thanks for facilitating this feeling – we are on cloud 9!
Here’s to a great weekend,
Anne (Dearnaley, PHD)
What an unexpected honour to receive the Media Agency Legend Award – I was in hospital last week so I received the news from friends on Facebook. I obviously had no idea I was in contention and it has made me very proud. Thanks for your team’s efforts in making it happen.
I got back home on Friday and I’m hoping to be back on the golf course in four weeks – it’s my second hip operation and that was the recovery time for the other hip, so it’s a temporary setback. I’m hoping the legend connection doesn’t make people think my ad days are over – I’m still working and enjoying it as much as ever!

Congratulations on the 2017 MOST Awards. It was incredibly professionally done as well as being an enjoyable evening. The venue was perfect. The winners were all deserving.
Well done to you, Michelle Kirby and your team.
Janet (Proudfoot, e.tv)
Really enjoyed my first MOST awards. Thanks for a lovely evening.

You guys did Terry and Noel proud [winners of Media Owner Legends award). And you hosted the best MOST awards ever. Amidst all the doom and gloom, you held an uplifting event and got all the industry players together. I bet it went on till very very late.
Paul Jenkins (Caxton)
Thank you and congratulations to you and everyone who made the most of the event and contributed to a world class event.
What a night!

I trust all is well.
Firstly, I would like start by thanking you for extending the invitation to Headliners Media Group to attend the Most Awards. What a wonderful and refreshing experience. We both enjoyed every moment and meeting all the people we would not find under the same roof all at once. Well done to the team for producing a phenomenal experience for the industry.
Bayanda (Khwela, Headliners)
Thank you so much for a wonderful event. We received so many comments from my peers after the presentation. I was pleasantly surprised to see how good the bags looked! Thank you for the opportunity to be part of it.
Good news, we had 46 people sign up for the MOST discussion panel last night! That is phenomenal.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Hope you’re keeping well.
We were so excited to win Media Owner Digital award at MOST last week. Myself and my manager were actually sitting in a taxi on the way to Dublin airport when the WhatsApps started coming through from people at the event. I so badly wish we could have been there to receive it. It sounds like it was a lovely evening!
I was just wondering if there is a physical award in this category? If so, can I arrange to collect it from you – we’d love to put it in our reception area.
