Caroline has been lucky enough to work not only for some of the most creative marketing companies in SA over the past 23 years, but also to own her own small agency and to be part of some of the most exciting creative projects as Managing Member of Red Flag Design & Marketing.
A jack of all trades and master of many, Caroline is not only creative, but due to the job opportunities and clients she has worked with, has built a strong head for business too.
She is blessed to have been able to travel extensively for work, whether it be as a representative from South Africa to the MIDEM Music Festival or making documentaries for the MERseta in Brazil, Caroline has an unflappable work ethic, grabs opportunities by the horns and explores all sides of her creative nature through the jobs she takes on. Passionate about writing, concept, marketing strategy and social media, she is often termed a multi-potentialite with an inclusive skill set that traverses the traditional marketing landscape.
With an extensive network of connections and significant social networking pull, she is known as an opinion leader and has been recognized as everything from Dossier magazines “best dressed” to being interviewed by many magazines for her hobbies and lifestyle choices.
