Running the day-to-day operations of the Aggrey & Clifford network, top-level client relationships, HR, new business development, strategic planning and agency promotion. Aggrey & Clifford is an independent Marketing Communications network with offices in Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.
I manage the overall operation where I am in charge of a total of 70 people; 60 in Tanzania and 10 in Uganda. Our clients include Vodacom, various AB Inbev brands (in both markets), Acacia Mining, Gidani (National Lottery), Samsung, Coke and a number of NGO’s.
During this period we have been chosen by UK’s Campaign Magazine as one of the World’s Leading Independent Agencies 2017. We were also recognised by KPMG as one of Tanzania’s Top 100 medium sized enterprises 2014.
