Henk Swanepoel has extensive experience in the media, advertising and marketing fields. He started his career working across all media types in advertising sales and promotions while employed by the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation, Times Media Limited (Tiso Blackstar Group) and 5FM. He subsequently started a brand activation and eventing company Swank Projects, that dealt with blue chip clients like Old Mutual; ABSA Private Bank; East Coast Radio & Glow TV (Kagiso Media); Toyota to name a few. He also conceptualised and produced the Umdwebo Lifestyle Festival and numerous other events over the years. Swanepoel holds a BA (International Politics) degree from the University of Pretoria. He was part of the 2013 start up team for MeMe Mobile and has been appointed as the CMO for Digitata Insights.
