Dr Linda Ronnie is a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and People Management at the UCT Graduate School of Business. Her teaching focuses on a wide range of people management topics including organisational culture, recruitment and selection, motivation and teamwork, labour relations, and managing change.
