Rebecca is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Cardiff Business School. She recieved her PhD from the University of Southampton and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Rebecca’s research explores emerging consumer behaviours in digital contexts, in particular ownership and possession in the context of digital materiality and emerging forms of commercialisation within online communities. Her research has appeared in international peer-reviewed journals including Marketing Theory, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing Management, Journal of Consumer Culture, and Journal of the Association for Consumer Research.
Hayley is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Lancaster University. Her research focuses on the social and cultural aspects of consumption, with a particular interest in influencer culture and celebrity culture. Her research has looked at the production and consumption of celebrities and celebrity brands, the popularity and appeal of YouTube celebrities, the fan communities that surround social media stars, and consumers' responses to social media endorsements.
Kate’s research interests include consumer misbehaviour, dysfunction during service, service design, social media dynamics disinformation and behavioural change. Kate was awarded Cardiff Business School’s Martin Evans award for excellence for teaching for 2018. Kate serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Service Research, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing Management and Journal of Services Marketing. Kate is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM), a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honour Society.
