Just two years old and OnRoute Magazine has made its mark in the print media sector, reporting 37% growth in the latest ABC figures. The Audit Bureau of Circulation showed the travel title has the fourth largest growth in the highly competitive custom magazine coming in behind giants like TAXtalk (84%), the Foschini Group Magazine (51%) and SAA’s in-flight Sawubona Magazine (42%).
Contact Media & Communications thanked its strategic partners Imperial I-Pledge, Bakwena, N3TC, TRAC N4, and Arrive Alive, as well as all existing advertisers for their ongoing support, ensuring that the magazine continues to deliver ongoing results.
“The glossy publication offers far more than just a time-passing read on the road – the unique travel, outdoor and adventure-lifestyle magazine delivers high-quality content which focuses not only on the destination but on all important aspects of the journey, and readers come away with insight into exciting tourism highlights, route specific news as well as essential information regarding road safety, medical information and assistance,” the company said in a statement.
Plus, its unique distribution model sees the magazine distributed at national tollgates and select filling stations during high traffic holiday times making it available to everybody with a keen interest in local travel.
