*CYBERTORIAL: Having won the MOST Awarids 2015 Out of Home Media Owner award, MMAP Integrated Outdoor Solutions managing director, Michele Munro, said it was a “major achievement” for the business.
“To win at the MOST Awards is a major achievement for MMAP! We are entering our ninth year in business and this award is a major victory and milestone in our business journey thus far,” Munro said.
Humbled by the MOST win Munro, credits “our media owner network, without whom we would not be able to provide the fantastic offerings and service that we do.
“In the same breath I would like to thank the media agency clients and the individuals within those agencies that have voted for us and who have continued to support MMAP and our network over the years”.
Munro said the trading environment has been tough over the past year. “The OOH space has been particularly tough over the last 12 months but we have consciously decided to use these tough trading conditions as an opportunity to make a few changes to our business and engage more with our clients and partners to ensure we remain true to the essence of our business which is service beyond the call of duty. Winning at the MOST awards suggests our approach must be working,” says Munro of dynamics of the media landscape dynamics.
In addition Munro gives credit and a special mention to the MMAP team who work tirelessly to meet deadlines and live up to the exceptionally high levels of service that saw the business being able to get off the ground nine years ago in the first place. “Without the MMAP stars none of what we do would be possible,” said Munro.
So what does the next 12 months hold for MMAP?
“We are always looking for ways to improve on the value we add to the media agencies we service and the media owners we partner with, the next 12 months will see a lot of focus on that and we have one or two other innovations and upgrades that we intend to roll-out, but the industry will see these initiatives in due course,” Munro said.
