A Chartered Accountant by profession, Andile is the Chief Investment Officer of MSG Afrika, a company owned and managed by himself and Given Mkhari.

MSG Afrika is a black-owned media and communications group with interests in Radio (Capricorn FM, POWER FM), TV Production (Quizzical Pictures), PR & Communications (The Communications Firm), and Print (The Quarto Press), Video & Audio Post-Production (Sonovision).

Andile is also the founder of MyStartUp (www.mystartupsa.com), an online platform for entrepreneurs that seeks to find, develop and support aspiring and existing entrepreneurs in South Africa.

Andile is a former member of the Takeover Regulations Panel (TRP) of South Africa, which regulates large Mergers & Acquisitions and also served as a Non-Executive Director of South African Airways, President of ABASA & Treasurer of the Black Business Council.
