Lebogang Chaka is principal director for talent and organisation at Accenture in Africa. Chaka is a principal director within the strategy and consulting business, leading Accenture’s offering for its Africa business. She has further responsibilities at growth market level working closely with the Accenture Global T & O team and the Accenture managing directors within strategy and consulting. She holds a Master of International Business awarded with distinction and a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from Monash University, Australia. In addition, she studied African Studies to understand the needs of the Continent.
