Marcus Burke is a research analyst at the World Economic Forum and is a council manager for the Global Future Council on Media, Entertainment, and Culture. Prior to joining the Forum, he worked in the Public Governance Directorate at the OECD and in management consulting on restructuring and divestment projects in Paris.

Burke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and French from the University of Virginia and a Master of Public Affairs from Brown University. He is a dual French-American citizen and has lived in China, Denmark, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland and the US.
