Dr Yusuf Öç is an Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer) in Marketing at Bayes Business School, City St George, University of London. He co-authored the international edition of Consumer Behaviour: Building Market Strategy (McGraw-Hill, 2023) .
He holds a PhD from Boğaziçi University (2019) and has taught at London School of Economics (from 2024) and King’s College London (from 2019) . His research, published in journals like Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Consumer Marketing, and Computers in Human Behavior, centres on digital marketing, mobile marketing, big data, analytics, AI-powered marketing, and behavioral science .
Before joining Cass Business School in 2018, Janina Steinmetz was an Assistant Professor of Social and Organizational Psychology at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. Until 2016, she was a post-doc at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, USA. She received her PhD in 2014 from the University of Cologne, Germany. In 2009, she graduated with a Master’s degree from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, with additional time spent abroad at Kyoto University, Japan, and at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.
