Reporting to Directors
Liaising with an off-site Financial Manager
Tasks
Debtor collection daily.
Administration and flow of creditors from Director to FM for loading (monthly).
Managing suppliers including IT, security, office staff (gardener, receptionist, cleaners) stationary, magazine distributors etc (daily).
Assisting with event planning/quoting. Ad hoc.
Liaison with 3 sales staff weekly. Gather order forms for authorisation, update sales totals and submit to FM monthly.
Keep a record of magazine distribution for auditing once a quarter (monthly).
Ensure cleaning staff and receptionist keep offices clean, neat and safe at all times.
Handling ad hoc administration work as directed from time to time.
Position is available immediately, current employee leaves 27 March.
Salary: R15 000 p/m
Hours: 8:30 to 13:00
