CliffCentral has partnered with digital news publishers, Daily Maverick, to produce a morning newsletter to accompany the breakfast show of its digital radio station, set to launch on 1 May.
“We’re really excited about this collaboration between two media brands that are known for their irreverent and smart take on things. It’s something we wanted to do with the breakfast team for a while and now with the launch of CliffCentral.com we have the opportunity to produce something hugely complimentary to the show and provide another way to reach the audience,” says Styli Charalambous, CEO and publisher of Daily Maverick.
CliffCentral.com is the brainchild of Gareth Cliff, one of South Africa’s best-known media personalities, who is jumping feet first into the world of digital broadcasting. Fans will be able to tune-in on various platforms including online, WeChat and even watch a live television broadcast of the breakfast show on Comedy Central.
