Given form in a spare bedroom in her house many years ago, it has grown from a two-person operation into one of South Africa’s largest and most prestigious communications companies. This happened under Tara’s watch, with the help of Tiffany and Bheki. Tara is an expert in social media, communications and content.

Tiffany is Flow’s managing director. She runs the company (along with Tara), handles client relations and new work opportunities, trouble-shoots, project-manages, galvanises the troops, pours tequila and laughs a lot (not necessarily at the same time). Oh, and she’s won awards and stuff. And, most importantly, she’s a mom.
