Rick de Kock

After completing his degree and Archeology and International Politics from the University of Cape Town. In 2003 Rick joined TBWA as MD of TBWA\G1 looking after the Nissan Business. In 2006 he took over responsibility for TBWA’s Africa operations. His responsibilities include opening up new offices, upskilling staff and business development. He is an Afro-optimist who believes that this is Africa’s time. Career Highlights include: Before joining TBWA Rick was Brand Manager for Volkswagen of South Africa. Building Pan African brands, including Standard Bank, VISA, Motorola Africa business and Glo Mobile in West Africa Growing the TBWA network across the continent
