The closing date for submissions for The New Generation Social and Digital Media Awards, taking place on 26 November at the Sandton Convention Centre, has been extended until 10 October.
The awards, organised by Lavello Marketing Solutions, aims to recognise not only agencies but also corporates and their brands, individuals and academics. Some of the categories include Outstanding Customer Care using Social Media, Best Corporate Web Site, Best Graphic Designer and Best Master’s Thesis.
Stephen Paxton, Managing Director at Lavello Marketing Solutions invites corporates, agencies, associations, NGOs, institutions and individuals in the fields of online communications to enter the awards. “The panel of judges, who represents some of the most successful businesses in the country, will be looking for innovation, creativity, results and efficiency,” he explains.
Some of the entries received to date include campaigns from Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa, Unilever, The University of Johannesburg, Tiger Wheel & Tyre, Nissan South Africa and Ster-Kinekor.
