CYBERTORIAL: September is a significant month for the media sector to absorb and reflect on the high levels of performance achieved by the winners of MOST Awards.
Why September is important
On September 13 the media industry gathers to celebrate individuals and teams who have excelled. The Media magazine and The Media Online extend this celebration with specially written commentary on the winners of the MOST Awards – Rising Stars and Legends, Media Owners and Media Agencies.
September is a significant month for our sector to absorb and reflect on the high levels of performance achieved by the winners. Ranking tables, trends and measurement criteria are unpacked and reading about how great media teams and individuals rise to the top, make the magazine and online site must reads. All the results and rankings appear in a special online newsletter distributed directly after the MOST Awards ceremony and in a bumper issue of The Media magazine of which we print an extra 650 copies to hand out at the ceremony.
Why the MOST Awards is important
The MOST Awards is an annual measure of the service efficacy of providers in the South African Media Industry. Our primary objective is to recognise and rank South African based media owner sales teams and their media agency partners in terms of the service they provide to each other. The criteria used in the online anonymous survey are determined by industry leaders. The MOST Awards survey is administered annually by Freshly Ground Insights (FGI).
