I hold a Doctoral degree in Marketing (from New Zealand) and an MBA (from UK), with a strong background in business and management education. My academic training is complemented by professional experience in teaching, research supervision, and applied business research across tertiary education contexts. I have taught and coordinated courses in marketing, services marketing, digital marketing, and international marketing, and have supervised Master’s-level research projects. My work combines academic rigour with applied, industry-relevant perspectives. My research focuses on services marketing, transformative service research, and consumer wellbeing, with particular attention to vulnerable consumer contexts and value co-creation.
