    Plenty of data here, but the the trends and changes are not discussed, suggesting scope for qualitative research at some point. The overall listening data (treated as ‘reach’) quoted in this study is a measure that can be readily derived from surveys, but is a little misleading at times and its accuracy depends on question wording.  Average audience size is a more significant indicator but a little harder to measure, requiring diary recording.  Other aspects of listening such as effectiveness should also be considered to properly understand the situation.  Refer the webpage // for more details of audience concepts.
