Ads24 have conceptualised an innovative initiative to educate media agencies about the ‘power of press’. As part of ‘The Power of Press’ campaign media agencies will get an impressive percentage discounted off advertising that they book immediately with Ads24.
There will be a series of fun activations in media agencies in both Jo’burg and Cape Town over a five week period from 17 February 2014 to 21 March 2014. The campaign also has a simple but exciting competition with over R20 000 of Woolworths vouchers as prizes.
In their quest to promote advertising in the press, the Ads24 sales team will visit one Jo’burg and one Cape Town media agency per week, for five days each, from 09h00-12h00. Each day will have a particular theme and an insightful fact about the ‘power of press’ will be revealed. The roadshow is focussed on fun, with funky-retro costumes, messaging, marketing materials and desk drops to gain maximum impact from the campaign. The competition will be conducted via email with easy-to-answer questions.
The Ads24 representatives will instil enthusiasm around the campaign and answer any questions that the agency may have.
