South Africa’s magazine on all things banting, LOSE IT!, has launched its online site, as well as an original (and uniquely affordable) six-week meal plan designed specifically for women.
The online brand extension of LOSE IT! will provide informative and supportive online forums, an info-packed weekly newsletter, delicious tried-and-tested recipes, the latest local and international updates on LCHF, exercise tips and motivation, Q&As with various LCHF experts – and the one-of-a-kind six-week meal plan: LTL – Ladies That LCHF.
“We had high expectations for the brand, but we’ve been overwhelmed by just how popular LOSE IT! has become. Even the demand for our back issues is unprecedented. This lifestyle choice just continues to grow in popularity, and that’s because it works. Our readers are extremely interactive and it was they who insisted on an increased frequency for the magazine (it’s now bimonthly) as well as a website. We’re very proud of www.loseit.co.za,” says Suzy Brokensha, editor of LOSE IT!.
Brokensha says that LTL (Ladies That LCHF) is a six-week LCHF meal plan designed specifically for women. “It’s the answer for women who don’t understand why they either aren’t losing weight as quickly as men do or aren’t losing at all on LCHF. There are various reasons for this, which we explain – and the meal plan takes all of them into account. The great news is that the recipes are perfect for the entire family and not just for women,” she adds.
