I don’t want to spark any debate, but there seems to be a lot of talk in the industry about Newspaper Advertising Bureau (NAB) and Habari Media merging and I’d like to extinguish any small sparks before a wild fire ensues.
Let me say this first, some bright spark did come up with idea of merging our companies and, yes, it is happening. It has taken a while, hence the rumour mill is rife with speculation.
So, to quell the embers, I can confirm that a new company will be established. While the name cannot yet be released, we will still focus on being the best strategic partners in marketing research and insights, providing valuable knowledge to our clients. All services currently offered by us, will remain the same. Of course there are some new exciting things in the pipeline that we can’t tell you about yet, but it’s all about keeping the spark alive between us, and creating new sparks.
So watch this space until we can officially, raise our glasses of sparkling wine to celebrate a new media era.
