Carmen Schaefer is the head of academics at the Red & Yellow School of Creative BusineDesign educator and academic manager. She has 19 years in higher education and still loves getting up every morning to spend time with talented students and the team of dedicated faculty members. She enjoys overcoming the challenges that stem from educating the next generation of a diverse and ever-evolving country, from teaching and learning methods, ethics debates, to support structures, policy discussions, curriculum development and academic leadership.
