CYBERTORIAL*: Wag the Dog Publishers has welcomed Kaya FM on board as a sponsor of the Full Service Media Agency Award.

The MOST Awards was conceived in 2009 and is inherently an annual measure of the service efficacy of providers in the South African Media Industry. The primary objective of the MOST Awards is to recognise and motivate South African based media owner sales teams and their media agency partners to improve their businesses through service performance.

“Human beings are driven by feelings, emotions and the quest to achieve greatness. Our purpose is to connect with this human truth, but also recognise and reward those that succeed in the same vein,” says Greg Maloka, managing director of Kaya FM.

“I am pleased that Kaya has come on board as a sponsor of this award. Their positioning as opinion leaders and discerning decision makers fits well with the MOST Awards’ intention of recognising outstanding service levels in our sector,” says Sandra Gordon, founder of the prestigious MOST Awards.

The MOST Awards is conducted annually as a market research survey that is administered by Freshly Ground Insights (FGI). Media agency employees are invited to rate the performance of the media owner sales teams with whom they have frequent contact, and vice versa. The survey asks respondents to select the companies that they wish to vote for and requires that they be scored against a number of specific performance criteria.

Voting is open – three reasons to vote

  1. To celebrate excellence and encourage growth in the South African media sector.
  2. Your vote counts, the more votes in the MOST Awards survey, the bigger the sample size and therefore the more robust the research results.
  3. Ultimately better service, communication and delivery levels rub off on clients who apportion a large chunk of their marketing budgets to advertising in media.

To access the MOST Awards survey click here, or go to The Media Online  and look for the ‘Click Here to Vote’ button at the top of the homepage.

To participate in or to explore sponsorship opportunities at the 8th annual MOST Awards contact: Sandra Gordon on (011) 447 7241, sgordon@stonesoup.co.za or Melanie Wheeler on 072 480 6123, Melanie@ifeelgood.co.za .

For more information visit the MOST Awards website.
