The Association for Communication and Advertising (ACA) has opened ticket sales for the 2013 APEX awards gala event. The ACA also announced that Metro FM are on board as key partners along with DStv Media Sales.
“APEX is not just a glamorous awards ceremony,” says Odette van der Haar, CEO of the ACA. “It is a significant event for the profession that provides recognition and celebration of work that works and works hard to deliver a return on investment and/or objectives – an absolute necessity for agencies and their clients during these trying economic times. In addition, bursaries for tertiary qualifications to deserving students of the AAA School of Advertising are awarded at the gala event.”
Additional sponsors include Millward Brown and Anglo American who together with contributions from 140 BBDO, AAA School of Advertising, AVL Productions, Edith Unlimited, Faitz Auditors, Gendel Strategic Marketing Group, Gideon’s Flowers and Functions, Joe Public, KFC, The Media Shop, Tops at Spar and Tsogo Sun are all generously supporting the 2013 APEX awards.
This year, the prestigious white tie gala event promises to attract approximately 500 captains of industry from the profession as well as business leaders, stakeholders from Government and industry along with members of the media.
The APEX Gala Event takes place on Thursday 13 June 2013 at the Vodadome in Midrand, 6.30pm to midnight. Tickets must be booked online via the APEX section of the ACA website. Seats are limited.
