The AMF Media Masters Development Programme (MMDP) is aimed at those who love the work they do and want to broaden their development potential. It is open to all employees in the media agency industry who wish to add to their planning, buying and strategy skills. Successful candidates can expect to fast track their careers without a financial burden.
There is no restriction on what you wish to study. For instance marketing, branding, a masters in media, presentation skills, negotiation, communications, and digital media have proven popular in the past.
The nominees are expected to have well-rounded media knowledge, articulate and distinctive voices and personal presentation skills. This opportunity is for young candidates with a passion for what they do and innovative ideas that will make a difference in the media agency sector.
The process is simple. Nomination forms will be assessed by a judging panel and shortlisted candidates will be interviewed. At the end, media agency stars who have exhibited exceptional personal and career attributes and show promise in significantly contributing to the media agency landscape will be selected to pursue their course of choice.
The AMF’s aim in awarding these scholarships is to equip candidates with skills they would not be likely to acquire in the normal course of their functions. All will have the benefit of gaining knowledge of contemporary and future trends in the media agency sector.
