CYBERTORIAL*: The preparation for the 2016 MOST Awards has begun in earnest and Wag the Dog Publishers welcomes Ads24 on board as a Bronze sponsor this year.
“I would like to thank Ads24 for their continued support especially considering the pressure that the print media industry has been under. As the sales arm of Media24, Ads24 is perfectly placed to partner with the MOST Awards. Media24 through the brands Daily Sun, Sunday Sun and City Press has been the key sponsor for the MOST Awards for six years. I am delighted that Ads24 is continuing the legacy,” says Sandra Gordon, CEO of Wag the Dog Publishers.
“With the speed of change in media, both agencies and owners have had to step up to stay relevant. Now more than ever, service excellence in the media industry deserves public recognition. Ads24 appreciates this opportunity to support the media industry and to help ensure that the high standards expected from this sector are not only upheld, but keep improving,” says Ané Honiball, General Manager of Ads24.
The MOST Awards was conceived in 2009 and is conducted annually as a market research survey. The primary objective is to recognise and rank South African based media owner sales teams and media agencies in terms of the service that they provide each other.
Wag The Dog Publishers and Freshly Ground Insights (FGI) have compiled an extensive database of the media owner and media agency universe in South Africa. Media owners and media agencies participate in the online-based survey that asks respondents to score companies that they have direct experience with against a number of performance criteria.
