Three new associate members have joint Out of Home Media South Africa (OHMSA), the officially recognised trade association for the out of home media industry. They are Flighting Boyz, Witcolour Digital Printing and Red Dot Branding.
“The out of home media industry is a broad space, and has encouraged entrepreneurs – from media owners to suppliers. OHMSA hence opens its membership not only to big media owners, but to all companies operating chiefly as service providers to out of home industry players. We promise our new members the numerous benefits of membership: easy access to out of home media resources; the opportunity to contribute towards the development of industry guidelines and a code of conduct; networking; greater representation of interests, among others,” said OHMSA executive director Melissa Moore.
The new members concurred that their membership would further their influence in the out of home media space and that OHMSA’s economic and political leverage served in their best interests. “The joining of new members indicates the growth of the industry as a whole and we look forward to working with our members in keeping this industry buoyant and successful,” said Moore.
