    It’s not about hiring data scientists. We have tools, software and partners to help us with that. It’s about hiring data visualizers – these are people who can make sense of the data. These used to be offline media strategists but it has become overwhelming for them now as they’ve always “thought” in theories and concepts. But now, we’re finding this new breed of visualizers from research, tech, finance and online media planning.
