    The push-pull door problem is very easy to address. Make the sign clear, action-oriented, bigger and impactful, put it at eye level and say something cute, sweet or polite with it, eg. ‘PUSH TO OPEN (yes we know it’s counter-intuitive)’. In social marketing behaviour change terms, it’s call a Prompt at the Point of Action.
